Refund Policy

Faye's "N Your Face ("we", "us", or "our") wants you to be happy with your order. Because our food is prepared fresh, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting food safety.
Orders: Pickup and Delivery
All sales are final once food has been prepared. We do not accept returns of prepared food.
We will provide a refund, partial refund, or replacement when:

You receive the wrong item

Items are missing from your order

Your order is damaged due to our preparation or packaging

Your order is not delivered due to an error on our side
What to Do If There Is an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within [2 hours] of pickup or delivery with:

Your name and order number (if available)

A brief description of the issue

Photos (if the issue is related to quality, damage, or incorrect items)
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after the order is placed

Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer (wrong address, wrong phone number, etc.)

Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time

Food quality issues related to late pickup, inability to receive delivery, or improper storage/reheating after pickup or delivery

Personal taste preferences (spice level, seasoning preferences) when the order was prepared as requested
Catering Orders
To reserve a catering date, a deposit may be required.

Deposits are non-refundable once the event date is confirmed.

Catering cancellations made [72 hours] or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit.

Cancellations made within [72 hours] of the scheduled catering time are not refundable because ingredients and staffing have already been committed.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take [3 to 10 business days] to appear.
